About Me
I am fully Qualified and Registered Fitness Professional with a Diploma of Fitness and a Certificate III of Nutrition & Dietetic Assistance. I offer one-on-one/ Group Personal Training Sessions as well as weekly Bootcamp Sessions. My goal as a Personal Trainer isn't only to help my clients see results, but to educate them and help them to maintain what they have worked for. I am a very family orientated man and I hope to help others gain the level of health, fitness and energy that I believe is crucial as a parent to young children who love to keep us on our toes.

Weight Loss
Weight loss is first and foremost the most common reason people reach out to Personal Trainers. Obesity is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, some musculoskeletal conditions and some cancers. Muscle Building
Are you training constantly and not seeing any results? My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Muscle Building and as someone who is naturally of a thin build myself, I believe I have the necessary experience to help you bypass the plateau and see some real results! Through a combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet, I will have you in tip top shape in no time, and my own personal journey can attest to that!

Group Fitness
Are you nervous about training one-on-one with a trainer? I also offer Group Personal Training sessions where yourself and up to 4 friends can attend a session at once. Don't let your fears and reservations stop you from taking the first step towards a healthier lifestyle. Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!
